When a painter meets a fashion designer, rules are broken and art flows free. Warmth represents this freedom and hidden passion that seldom shines in a categorizing world. Each painting tells us a new story and the only meeting point is a piece of fabric.

And for each of them my daughter wrote a poem. And each poem is a mix of English and French words to express cultural diversity.

Technique: mixed media, pigments, acrylics, collage of fabrics used by the fashion designer.

Estompé par le temps
- le construit comme le vivant.

Le travail, le mouvement, les affiches,
Sur un mur portant l'expression des conditions de la vie,
les effets de la mer, de la houle, de la mode.

En se dégradant il se décolore et se re-colore, exposant un panorama de couches.

L'oiseau de feu représente ce qui cache au fond de chacun d'entre nous.
L'Anahata le détient et s'apprête à nous dévoiler les ailles capables de prendre un envol éblouissant vers l'inconnu - Les Yeux Clos.

l'orient se leve - 162 x 115 cm

Le jour se lève et les fleuves décrassent la mosaïque d'antan.
Le vent se lève et la fleur des deserts devient devient sculpt rice de pierre.
La femme se lève et l'expression embrasse les deserts d'un chant nouveau.

It's all about focus.
And youth is good at that.
Caught on their utmost desire they live in this passion and are swayed by the visual, physical. Their minds run wild on small snapshots they catch as they move about life.
Impressions, fashion and art endlessly thrive in recreating.
But look deeper and you will find more than the obvious faces. there are profiles that live in retrospection and are part of the mist, the blur.
But it's all about focus, you choose where you want this to guide you...
Shall we just focus on "la belle"?

La mode. Le monde.
Et on construit, et on ajoute des opinions.

Et c'est fort. Poignant.

La nuit, le corps devient velours fleuri.
Le chant des vagues entraine l'écume sur le sable brilliant.
Lreve est lumineux et pourtant fractionné d'un noir profond.
C'est la poursuite du paradis qui d'écoute et dissocie l'object meme la quête.
Les sombres échelles , rigides, que l'on bombarde de tous cotés - "les comments", les "que faire".
A-t-on besoin d'échelles ou faut-il se laisser aller dans nos rêves sans questionner le comment?

Est-ce le sensuel, le géométrique , l'éclat inconfortable , le mystique ?
"Blue Velvet is not what it is. The name does reflect the art -
Unconfortable and contradictory.
Clashes are somewhat pleasing"

This one is to my father.
This one is to the man dedicated to a faint flint of hope.
This one is to the dreams of gold towering the Brazilians mines.
This one is to a country ridden by resources, physical and emotional.
This one is to the past.

Unwavering through the fields of life. the colours of no holding back and a geometry revealed by a bird's view.
All strength and beauty that takes us to different horizons and teaches us to never shy away...
